• Cancellation/No-Show Disclaimer 

Failing to show up for reserved tee times for league outings jeopardizes PPWGN’s ability to return to the course and tarnishes the reputation of the organization.  While emergencies do occur, PPWGN reserves the right to reimburse members who fail to show, or who cancel after the outing payment deadline.

• Registration Deadline

“Registration forms include deadlines for sign up.  These dates are set based on the requirements of the individual courses for final counts prior to the event.  Late registrations will be accepted only to the extent that the course and/or PPWGN can accommodate additional tee times.”
